Our most economical solution of Modular house is based on a very practical design. The structure is installed on a concrete base, at construction site. The design is based on a light steel structure. All welding of steel structure is done in the factory. While doing the installation, the high strength M12 bolt is used to join the entire frame firmly and the grade of intensity of the high strength bolt is 8.8.

• Wind resistance is 11 grades
• Earthquake resistance is 8.8 grades.

The usage of this kind of structure could be reached at least 30 years.
